to use skin or see other players with it:
save skin XFG_bob-marley.jpg with same name to the \skins folder of your LFS

to use texture mod:
go to your \dds folder, make a backup copy of the BW_adback.dds, BW_ADS1.dds and BW_ADS2.dds files, 
and overwrite them with these.
restart LFS.
